I find life's luxuries fall into either dances or chocolates. A dance is magical in the moment of its happening, and as a memory long after the dance itself.
Chocolate feels entirely of the present, often driven by strong impulses of the here and now. Its pull can be stronger than a dance, but it also leaves comparatively less afterwards.
Chocolates are frequently of the senses. Dances, of the soul. And neither is more important - I think as with most things it is simply a matter of proportion.
