....so very many inspiring people these last 8 years. People to dance with yes, but also people to watch. People who compel us to express what they made us feel.
There is a nuance of awareness. A subtle change in conscious experience from dancer to watcher - so that how it looks is not always how it feels and vice versa.
Yet every now and then dances capture something strong. Something that spotlights not how dancers look, but how they make us feel. And in this feeling is what they inspire us to create.
