If you can, pick a favourite spot at home, A chill spot, where you can find solace and solitude.

Pour yourself a glass of something lovely. Tea or coffee, or something stronger as you wish.

Then grab your headphones and play something special, From the Libre vibes ( or from elsewhere.

Lastly, concentrate on breathing. Slowly but deeply, eyes open or closed, For atleast a song.
