Edinburgh Liberdade

Marty and I are very excited to share that the First Edition of EDINBURGH LIBERDADE will be on the 24th of September!

EDINBURGH LIBERDADE celebrates connection. With music. Within ourselves. With a  dance partner. And with the dance community of our magnificent city.

The why is simple; connection feels fantastic. And it soothes the spirit so we come back stronger. That's all it's  about, really - feeling wonderful plus a little (Kizomba) slumber therapy.

Guest Teachers

We will have the pleasure of a 90-minute Libre Workshop hosted by the lovely Bruno & Iulia:

- 2019 Winners of the UK Olympiads of Kizomba. - Fifth place internationally, representing the UK. - Organisers of the Real Feel Festival. - International teachers enabling high quality social dance instruction, in a friendly atmosphere. - And above all, a truly lovely couple.

The Libre Party

We invite you to come connect musically, viscerally, and physically (via the dance frames embrace) at our Libre Party:

- The Kizomba umbrella of music. - African Print Dresscode, celebrating Kizomba heritage and culture. - A touch of Salsa and Bachata, because freedom - And introducing DJ Liberdade...
